At Pioneer PE, we believe that an organisation is only as good as the people in it! That's why we only employ the very best Staff to work with the children.
We are constantly on the lookout for excellent teachers and teaching assistants who have a passion to deliver high quality, fun and exciting sessions for kids.
We are currently recruiting new staff to work on both our Activity Camps (4-11 year olds) and The Hub Camp (11-14 year olds).
The job entails a range of activities, from dealing with registration and parent's enquiries, to helping children settle in and feel comfortable, to delivering sessions in one of the following areas:
- Sports & Games
- Arts & Crafts
- Drama
Our Staff need to be friendly, approachable and most importantly very good with kids. The general qualities we look for are:
1. An ability to control groups of children by providing and reinforcing clear boundaries and expectations.
2. Lots of experience working with children aged 4-11 or 11-14 (or both!)
3. An enthusiastic, professional approach with excellent communication skills with children, parents and colleagues.
4. People who are great at having fun with kids!
We are particularly keen to hear from teachers, teaching assistants and trainee teachers with both a primary school and PE/drama background to run our sports and drama options
