Pioneer PE Activity camps provide an extremely safe and fun filled environment, with a choice of sports and games or Arts and Crafts, or a mixture of both! Harriet loves coming to camp during the holidays and always comes home with a huge smile on her face having had a fantastic time, and usually exhausted!
As a parent, it is nice to know that your child is being looked after by caring professionals who they know and who take safety seriously. Personally, I would like to witness the Wacky Warm Up and the famous "Ooga Chacka" which I understand is where the fun starts!

Oliver as you know really enjoys camp and says he enjoys meeting children from other schools... his favourite part of camp is Dodgeball as he can run around like a mad thing and let off all his energy with teams that are different each time so each experience is different... Louis's best comment about Dodgeball was that "I played Dodgeball like the big boys and it was cool!"

Dan, I spoke to both Jamie and Freddie about camp yesterday... Jamie said he would 'give the camp 9/10' - only dropping a mark because he was 'shy to start with but felt fine by the end of the morning' ! Freddie said he 'loved all the making stuff'. So thank you, we will definitely use Pioneer PE again and recommend to friends.

Dan, Jake has so enjoyed the 2 mornings he spent at camp at St Joseph's this week. It is so useful to have the camp for some of the holidays for childcare purposes but also great that he loves it so much! He thought Dodgeball and Crab Football were excellent fun! Lily had the most fantastic time. It was an opportunity for her to mix with children of different ages on an equal and supportive level. The staff were enthusiastic and warm. The success of the camp is reflected in Lily's request to attend additional days... which was accommodated for extremely efficiently. I would also like to add... last year, Lily would give any excuse to avoid PE. I firmly believe that Mr McCaffrey is responsible for a radical change in her attitude. She now thoroughly enjoys attending his after school multi-sports club, revelled in participating in the sport relief mile and is yellow belt karate champion! Mr McCaffrey comes with no higher recommendation than this!

Dan, Lucy had a superb time and I cannot think of anything that needs improving. I have just asked her thoughts on her 'Christmas Club' ... 'I liked the arts and crafts, we modelled tree decorations out of 'clay', the ones we hung on our tree. I also liked the Dodgeball and once we won against the teachers!' I would like to say a huge thank you, she had a super time and you let her get away with nothing!

Cameron has always enjoyed his days at Pioneer PE. He particularly likes the variety of the sports programme as well as the many and varied arts and crafts activities. In addition, as all the teaching staff are fully qualified and experienced, I feel confident that Cameron is in capable hands.

At the busy Christmas time, it was great for our children to spend the day making friends, playing games and having fun, with reliable qualified teachers. Every family mealtime following the camp was filled with excited tales of Dodgeball tactics, skills and victories!

Ellen always enjoys the fact that she even if she has been booked for a certain activity in the morning by me, Pioneer PE is flexible enough to accommodate her if she wants to swap to another activity. I also find the flexibility of time for pick-up and drop-off helps enormously to get to and back from work each day.

Cameron had a great time and was talking about it to all his friends. As a child with learning and attention problems the Pioneer PE camp was great for him, giving him time to focus and learn. He can't wait 'til next year.

From my point of view it is good to find reasonably priced childcare which my children really enjoy. When I asked Harry what the best part of the camp was, he said the most exciting bits were the games 'Prison break' and Dodgeball.

Hannah had a great time - she loved the arts and crafts, making different things each time, making new friends and being treated like a "big girl". Great to have a club that caters for 4 year olds as often being summer born means she misses out!!! She loved dodge ball although not so good at keeping out of the way of the ball!!!
Highlight of Katie's week was beating Mr Davies at Connect 4. It took all week but she got there in the end. Has driven Mum and Dad mad by showing the dance moves taught by Miss Bourne and Mrs Noone but obviously thoroughly enjoyed that. Great to have the variety of activities on offer so could switch from sport to dance etc. It was far more exciting than staying at home with mum!!!! Can I go back in October please!

"I wasn't very good at Dodgeball but it was great fun anyway. It's nice to meet different people who don't go to my school. I loved the dancing and the circus juggling although I'm not very good at it yet".
They had a brilliant time. Katie has already asked if we can not go away in any of the holidays so they can come to Pioneer PE!!!!!
Thank you so much to all of you - really appreciate the time and effort given to making sure they all had a good time and they certainly did. Great to have something that caters for all 3 of them (4, 9 and 11 years old) at the same time meaning I have a bit of time for myself!!!

For me Pioneer PE summer camp ticked all the right boxes: drama and dance, arts and craft, and last but not least the PE sessions which Maya in particular loves. The girls look up to and respect the staff which is very important, and they always come away from the day tired, but happy.
Since the camp I have set the girls daily physical challenges which they love to achieve, and having the Olympics on has certainly inspired them!

Marco had a fantastic time at Summer camp. Unfortunately because I have to work over the holidays I need to find childcare for Marco. In the past I have taken him to the local leisure centre where they have activities. He tells me he would rather go to your camp because "it's much more funner" (his words!).

Louis and Ruby had a fabulous time and it really helped with the "home/work" balance during the summer hols.
This is the first club that the kids actually look forward to - all the helpers are great and the kids know who will be there the next day. They also made some great new friends who they are looking forward to seeing next time!!
