Personal loss or injury: The organisers accept no liability whatsoever in respect of any personal loss or injury that the participant may sustain on any camp or club provided by Pioneer PE.

Insurance: We have full Public Liability Insurance.

Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any camp or club, if the numbers enrolled do not reach the minimum requirement. A full refund and as much notice as possible will be given.

Behavioural expectations: All participants are expected to behave according to normal school rules. Any serious deviation from this may result in a child being removed from a camp or club. In this instance, no refund will be given.

Photographs: Please inform us if you object to your child being photographed for promotional purposes.
