On our best behaviour at all times!

At Pioneer PE, we believe that that setting very high standards for behaviour is one of the key components in the success of our camps and clubs.  Right from the beginning of each day on camp, we constantly remind the children that their best behaviour and following the rules is required at all times.

Our Staff apply the rules fairly and consistently, allowing children to feel safe and secure and know where the boundaries lie.  This allows all children who attend a camp or club to enjoy themselves and not allow their experience to be spoilt by anyone else.

Every morning the children are reminded of our behavioural expectations:

  • At camp, we follow normal school rules.
  • We tidy up after ourselves.
  • We will ask for help if we have a problem.
  • At break time, we will always go to the toilet with a partner.
  • If we have an accident or a problem in the toilets, we will tell a teacher.
  • We must ask before using any equipment or materials.
  • We will be kind to others.

If any child is disruptive, then the following steps are taken:

  1. A verbal warning from your teacher
  2. Sit out of your activity

If any child is continually disruptive then the following steps are taken:

  1. Sent to the Camp leader, final warning given
  2. Parents called, child not allowed back on Camp*.

*In this instance, in line with our terms and conditions, no refund will be given.
