Please follow these four simple steps...

Step 1

Please download* and complete a separate application form for each child.

• Fill in one form per child

• Sign and date the form

You can pay by:

1. BACS:

Please note! You must put your name in the payment reference field when paying by BACS. If you do not, your child will not be allocated a place, as we won't know who the money is from!

2. Cheque or cash through the post to the address above. Cheques should be made payable to "Pioneer PE".
